Who we are

This site (ccpromos.ca) is owned and operated by Creator's Choice (creatorschoice.ca). This policy describes what personal information we collect through this site and how we use it.

What we collect

When you enter the giveaway, we collect:

• First name and last name
• Email address
• Phone number

We also automatically record a one-way hashed version of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string at the time of entry. We do not store your raw IP address. These are used only to detect fraudulent or duplicate entries and to enforce the one-entry-per-person rule.

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

• Administer the contest (verify eligibility, notify winners)
• Send you promotional emails and messages from Creator's Choice, as disclosed at the point of entry. By submitting the form, you consent to receive these communications.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information stays with Creator's Choice.

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the site (for example, our website host and our database provider). These providers process information only on our behalf, under contract, and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.

We may disclose information if required by law, by court order, or to protect our legal rights.

Your choices

You can, at any time:

• Unsubscribe from our promotional emails using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message.
• Reply STOP to any promotional text message (if applicable) to opt out of further messages.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us (see Contact below).

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-controlled storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard the data you give us.

Children

This site is not directed at children. The contest is only open to entrants aged 19 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
