Creator's Choice $1,000 Giveaway

1. Sponsor

This contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Creator's Choice (the “Sponsor”). For company information, see our contact page.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (all provinces and territories) who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters.

3. How to Enter

To enter, visit ccpromos.ca and submit your first name, last name, email address, and phone number through the entry form. Limit: one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries from the same email address or phone number, or multiple entries from the same IP address within a five (5) minute window, will be rejected.

Entry is free; no purchase is necessary. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Rules.

4. Prize

One (1) prize of one thousand Canadian dollars (CAD $1,000) in cash will be awarded. The prize will be delivered to the verified winner via shipped mail or courier to their confirmed mailing address. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash equivalent or substitute. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the original prize cannot be awarded as described.

5. Winner Selection

On the draw date (TBD), one (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Notification

The selected entrant will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information provided at entry. To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must, within seven (7) days of first notification: (a) respond to confirm acceptance of the prize; and (b) sign and return a declaration and release form provided by the Sponsor.

If the selected entrant cannot be reached, fails to respond within seven (7) days, or is otherwise ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and a new entrant may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected through entry is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By entering, entrants consent to receive promotional emails and messages from Creator's Choice, and may unsubscribe at any time.

8. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control compromises the integrity of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage the website, undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest, or submit fraudulent entries is a violation of these Rules and may be a violation of criminal and civil law.

All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

9. Governing Law

The Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of [FILL IN: e.g. Ontario] and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflicts of laws principles.
